I am using groov epic since last year for my air compressor system automation.
Right now i am facing the problem that EPIC screen shows blank screen and i cannot see any data on local hmi.
However i can able to see groov view pages over the pc.
Meanwhile my logic cycle works perfectly.
Can you help for that??
Just to be clear, are you talking about the 7 inch display on the front of the EPIC PR1, or an external HDMI monitor?

Does the screen wake up when you touch it?
Or is it always off? (Even when you boot up the PR1).
Screen does not wake up even when i am touch it…
After power restart it is shows only login page…
I am unable to type my id and password for login…
Sounds like something has happen to the touch hardware.
