I am trying to copy a chart to a different strategy and I am doing that as described in the manual but I still do not get it copied in my strategy. I mean I get a file in cfx format but still do not see the chart in my strategy.

Do you see a ‘chart import report’? Its the white screen with the text of all the variables on it.
No. What I am doing is exporting the chart to my strategy.
From Strategy 1.
Be in Configure mode.
Click on the chart you want to export.
On the top menu, click on ‘Chart’, select ‘Export’ from the drop down list.
From the pop up menu, click on ‘Select’ and browse to your save location and enter a chart name.
Done.
From Strategy 2.
Be in Configure mode.
On the top menu, click on ‘Chart’, select ‘Import’ from the drop down list.
From the pop up menu click on ‘Select’ and browse to the location with the chart.
Select the chart. Back at the popup menu, give the chart a name and click Ok.
You will get a chart import report that will hide your imported chart, click the small ‘x’ to close the report.
Your chart will now be in the strategy.
